INDEPETr4DENT EXAMILYER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE SALIGHT FOUNDATION LIMITED I report on the accounts for the year ended J 1st December 2023 which are set out on PLLYes 6 to 12. Respective responsibililies of trustees and examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts. The charity"'s trustees consider that an audit is not iequired for this period under seciion 65(2) of the Chariiies Aci (Northem Ireland) 2008 (as amended) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under s¢ction 65(3) of the 2008 Act- to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Cotnmis5ion under section 65(9)(b) of the 2008 Act. and lo state wheih¢r particular matters have come to my attention Basls of independent examiner's report I have examiiied your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Direclioiis bTriven by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Aci. My examination incliided a review ot the accountino records kept by the charity and a cornparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideraiion of any unusual items or disclosures in ihe accounts, and seekÉng explanaiions from you as charity trustees concerning any such matter5.
