I report on the annual accounts of the Organisation for the year ended 31 March 2022 which are set out in
the annual accounts provided to me by the Organisation.

The Organisation is responsible for the preparation of annual accxiunts in accordance with the Charities Act
(Northem Ireland) 2008, section 64.

Basis of Ind•pendènt examln•Ps r•porL
I have examined the annual accounts of the Organisation. for the reporting period above, in accor(Jance
with the general D1￿ctionS given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(3)(a) of
the Charities Act, (Northern Ireland) 2008, i.e. l am an independent person who is reasonably believed by
the Organisation to have the requisite ability and Pra￿lca1 expenenc8 to cary out a competent examination
of the annual accounts.
My examination included a review of the records provided and a comparison of the annual accounts
pres8nted with those records. My èxamination also includèd consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanatrons from you as Management Committee ¢onceming
any such matters.
No material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe..
1. That accounting records were not kept in aC￿rdance with section 63 of the Charities Ad, (Northem
Ireland} 2008.
2. That the annual a¢¢X*unts do not ac￿rd with those accounting records
3. That the annual accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 64 of the
Charities Act, (Northem Ireland) 2008.
4. That there is further infomation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
