Introduction
The Trustees are pleased to present their report and financial statements for the year 1st July 2024 to 30 June 2025. The financial statements have been prepared on a ‘Receipts and Payments’ basis and the Trustees have had regard to the NI Charity Commission’s Public Benefit Guidance.
Our Purposes

*® Toadvance the prevention or relief of poverty in the UK, Ireland and Internationally.

e To advance the relief of those in need by reason of age, youth, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in Ireland, UK and particularly Internationally but not limited to emergency or overseas aid/relief.

e To advance the education of people in the UK, Ireland and Internationally through projects and educational programmes.

Constitution
The charity is formally established under a Trust Deed dated 5th September 1989.
Main Activities and Achievements
During the year, club members and associated organisations raised a total of £12,838 from a variety of events and sources, including donations from members’ and our Friends of Rotary, Carol Singing and the Annual Programmes fund. The remaining funds derived from various donations, ballots, volunteering events and investments.

Financial review
The charity's overall financial position has improved during the year.
Although the bank balance decreased from £6,069 at year ended 30" June 2024 to £2,963 at year ended 30" June 2025, the value of investments increased from £40,597 at year ended 30" June 2024 to £48,366 at year ended 30 June 2025.
