As the charity's trustees yoii are responsible for the preparation of th¢ accoiints in accordance
with the Charities Act {Northem Ireland) 2008,

Follow the procedures laid down in the gyeneral Directions given by the Charity
Cominission for Northein Ireland linder Section 65(9)(b) of Il)e Charities Act
Stale whether particular mallers liave come to my attention.
Basis of Iiidependent Examiner's Report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under Se¢tion 65 of the Chai'ities Act and
my examination was carried out in accoTdance with the general Directions given by th¢
Cliarity Comini5sion foi. Northern Ireland linder Sectioii 65(9)(b) of the Chai-ities Act.
My examination included a ieview of tlie accounling records kept by tli¢ charity and a
coinparison of the accoiinls present with those records. 11 also incliided consideration of any
uniisiial ileins of disclosiires in ¢h¢ accoiints and seeking explanations from yoii as charity
trustees conccrning any such matters.
My i'ole is to state whether any material matters have come to my attenlion giving me cause to
believe..
l. That accoiinting trcords were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities
Act.
2. That the accoiints do not accord with those accounting records.
3. That the accoiints do not comply with the accoiinling I'equirements of the Charilies
Act.
4. That Iheie is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reaclied.

I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the inatteis 1-4 listed
above and. in connection with the Directions of the Charity Cominission for Northern Ireland,
