I report solely to the Charity Trustees on my examination ol the accounts lor the year ended 30 June 2025. To
the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Thornhill
Ministnes Ltd and its Trustees as a body for my work or for this report. As a practising member of the

As the Charity Trustees land also the directors of the company for the purposes of ¢ompany lawl you are
responsible for the preparation ol the accounts in accordanee with the requirements of the Companies Act
2006 and the Charities Act INorthern Ireland) 2008. Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject lo an
audit under company law, ane is eSigible for independent examination, il is my responsibility to..
-examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act.
-follow the procedu￿$ laid down in general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was Carr￿ out in accordance with the general d1reclions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Acl. The examination Included a review of the accounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those r￿OrdS. 11 a1$0 included
consideration of any unusual Items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as
charity Iruslees concernin9 any such matter5.
My role is to stale whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me concem to believe..
1. that accounting records were not kept as required by with section 386 of the Companies Act 2006 and
secbon 63 of the Charities A¢l,'
2 that the accounts do not accord with those accounting re￿rds",
3. that the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements ol section 396 of the Companies Act
2006, the Charities Act and with methods and principles of the Charities Statement ol Recommended Praclise
applicable lo eharilies preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporb"n9 Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic Of Ireland.
