r8sponsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requiremanls of the Comp8nies Act
2006 and the Charitiés Act (Northern Ireland} 2008. Having satisfied oursèlves that the charity is not subject lo
n audit under company law, and is eligible for independent examinatlon, il is our responslbility to..

We have examined your Cha￿ty 8ccounls as required under Section 65 of the Charltles Act #nd our
oxaminalion was c8rri8d out in accordanc8 with the general directions givon by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under Seelion 651gllbl of the Charities Ael. The examination included a review of the
80counling records kept by the ChBrlty and a comparison of the accounts pre88nled wlh those records.11 also
included consideration ol any unusu81 items or disclosures in th8 accounts, and seeking explanations from
you as chadty trustees conceming any such matters.
