Objectives and Attivitie5
-purpose I: To bring Pipe Band music into Baltygawley, and iys surrounding area forthe people to
enjoy. The dffect benefrts which thw from purpose l indude the enrithment of the ojkural lives of
the general publicof Ballygawley and the sum)unding area with pipe band music and muslcal
performances. These benefits will be demonstrated through feedbackfrom the general publicthat
have listened to and attended to public perf0mpn￿$ andfeedbad< from band members on pkying
pipe band music and perfonnlng In the band. This purpose wlll not lead to any ￿rnI. The tharhvs
benefKiaries a￿ the general pubk in the Baltygawley and surrounding area. There ts np prrrte
benefit from thi5 purpose.
- Purpose 2: To encourdge people to have the opportuntyto leam to playthe pipes and dwms and
to be a part of the Band. New members are welcome in orderto keep up the pipe band tradition
that ha5 been estsblished in Ballygawley and is well ￿specied and theTished. The dirett beneffts
whkh flow from purpose 2 Sndude a good standard to musicianship attalned by members of the
public and band. These benefits will be demonstrated through parti(ypatin8 of tuftion and prarti
organised by the band as well as feedback on the enjoyment and approval of the general pUbr￿On
listening to public performances. This purpose will not lead to any hann. The tharitcs benefKiarie5

The Trustee5 are responsible for preparing the Tnisteeg report and the fmanclal statements in

The Tnistees are respon51ble for keeping adequate accountlng records that are sufflrjentto show

Charities legislation.
Theyare also responsibleforsafeguarding the assets of the tharky and hen￿ fgrtaking reasonable
