Basis of Inde endent Examinerfs Re ort I h3ve examined the Charity Account for Mothers. Union Down & Dromore INIC 1050941 as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Irelandl 2008. My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directicns given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under Section 65191(bl of the Charities Act INorthern Ireland) 2008. My examination induded a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a cornparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the ccounts and seeking explanations from you as charty trustee5 concerning such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: That accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 That the accounts do not accord with thoR accounting record5 That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charitie5 Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 That there 15 further information needed for a proper understanding of the account5 to be reached.
