## **A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year**

We had 18 girls join our Brownie Pack this year, they said their Promise at our Annual Ceremony where they were presented with their Handbook, Badge Book and Promise Badge and we had a celebration cake with the whole Brownie Pack.

We attended the Youth Harvest service and the Youth Holy week service in the Church of Ireland. We also took part in the Remembrance Day Parade with the Presbyterian Church.

As a Christmas treat for the Brownies we hired out a soft play centre in Lisburn where the girls enjoyed some physical activity and fun.

We decorated Christmas jumper templates, which were to be hung in the Childrens Hospital in Belfast. We also joined in with Girlguiding Ulster’s Simon Community project and the girls brought in items to make up care packages.

We had a sleepover in our Hall for some of our girls, where we enjoyed games outdoors and a campfire. We also hired a giant inflatable obstacle course for our end of term party.

Many of the girls earned other badges throughout the year which included Swimmer, Swimmer Adv, Cook, Artist, Hostess, Brownie Skills, Booklover, Rider, Musician and collector.

There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
