I report on the ac￿Unts of the Trust for the year ended 30 September 2023. which are set out on page 1 of the report
Respective responsibilities of charity trustegs and examiner.
As the charty's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act
(Northern Ireland} 2008.
It is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under section 65 ofthe Charitses Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Direclions gtven by the Commission under section 65191{b} of
the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as ￿qUired under sedion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was
carried out in accordan￿ with the general Directions gNen by the Charity Commission for Northem Iieland under
Section 6519llb) of the Charities Act.
My examination ineluded a review of the accounttng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. 11 also induded consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and
seeking explanations from you as charity trustees con￿mIng any such matters.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have come to my attention gTving me cause to believe..

2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountino record5
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
