Basis of independent examinef s report
I have examined your chanty ac£ounts as required under ￿tIOn 65 of the Charities
Act and my examinats'on was carried out in a￿[dan￿ with the general Directions
given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland uThder section 65(9)(b) of the
Charities Act.
My examination induded a reviEMw of the accounkn'ng records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presented with those retx)rds. It also induded
consideration of any unusual rtems or disdosures in the a¢￿)UntS, and seeking
explanations from you as charty trustees conceming any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me
cause to believe..

Charities Act
