The Trustees' report
The Trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025.
Objectives and Activities
The charity's objects are the promotion of Christianity both inside and outside of Northern Ireland.
The charity provides a wide range of support to Christian organisations and individual missionaries in the promotion of Christianity and the advancement of religion. This is carried out through providing grants to various Christian works throughout Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and internationally.
The Trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what activities the charity should undertake.
The Trustees are satisfied that the Charity has achieved its objectives in the year under review.
Public Benefit
In fulfilling the public benefit requirement, the charity trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland’s statutory public benefit guidance.

The information below sets out the activities we have carried out to further our purposes and fulfil each of the public benefit elements during the last 12 months
Our beneficiaries:
The intended beneficiaries of our charity continue to be those within the general public in receipt of services and assistance from christian workers, missionaries, mission and aid organisations, individuals and community-based organisations. Since our last trustees’ annual report, we have continued to fulfil the objectives.
Structure, Governance and Management
The Charity was established under a Trust Deed dated 4th April 2012, under which it is governed. The charity is registered with the Charity's Commission for Northern Ireland.

The Trustees have the responsibility for the operational deliverance of the charity's activities and achievement of the objectives.
No remuneration or expenses have been paid to the Trustees during the year.
Achievements and Performance
Total incoming resources for the year amounted to £17,100 (2024 - £221,000) and after deducting total resources expended of £89,730 (2024 - £169,897) net outgoing resources amounted to £72,630 (2024 - net incoming resources £51,103).

All resources received and expended are treated as unrestricted funds. At the year end, unrestricted funds amounted to £38,543 (2024 - £109,073).
The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the Charity is exposed, in particular those related to the operations and finances, and are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate exposure.
Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Annual Report and the accounts in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
The law applicable to charities in Northern Ireland requires the Trustees to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the affairs of the charity and the incoming resources and application of the resources, including the net income or expenditure, of the charity for the year.
In preparing the accounts the Trustees confirm that they have done so on a going concern basis.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charitable Charity and which enable them to ensure that the accounts comply with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) , the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the Trust Deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
The Trustees confirm they have complied with these requirements.
