are as follows:

All itcrns of income and cxp¢nditure included within the Receipts and Pavments Account have been accounted for on a cash receipts basis.

The assets of the Parish retsined for its own use comprise:

The Church Building and Graveyard deemed to be Heritage Assets as defined by the Charities SORP (FRS 102). These Heritage Assets
are not included in the Statement of Asscts and Liabilities as information on the cost or valuation is not available and such inforn]ation cannot
be obtsined at a cost comrnensurat¢ with the benefit to th¢ uscrs of th¢ accounts of the Parish.
The PaTish owns a￿oxImat¢ty 31.95 acres of glebelan(Ls located around the Old Rectory. These ar¢ vest¢d in the RCB. R¢swJsibility for the
maintcnance and upk¢q) of thc glthlan4Ls rests with the Selert Vcslry. Tb¢ glebclamts havc been i1)chx￿ ID th¢ Statemert of Assets and
Liabiliti¢8 at a vahJatioD plac¢d on tIKm by th¢ TTUSt¢es.
Th¢ PaTish Hall. There are no reliable r¢¢ords of the cost of this building. As a result this building is not rewgnis¢d in the Stat¢ment of Assets
and Liabilities.
The Sexton's House and the Schoolmaster's House are on their own grounds and havc been included in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities
using the capitsl valu¢s placed on them by Land & Propety Services.
Banagher Parish Church algo oTrvns the Old Church Hall in F¢¢ny. Thtte ar¢ no reliabl¢ records of thc cost of this building. As a result this building
is not recognised in the Statement of Aggets and Liabilities.
The Rectory is owned by thc 4 Churches within the Group and has not been included in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities.

Investments in RCB/CIT are initially recorded at cost and are then subsequently stated at fair value at each y&qr end date.
