**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:-  The provision and maintenance of a parish hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Drumbanagher and its environs (the “area of benefit”) without distinction of political, religious or other opinions or sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, race, nationality or ethnicity, including use for: (a)	meetings, classes, functions and events, and (b)	other forms of recreation, social and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants; provided always that the parish hall shall not be used for worship or activities by any sector or group whose principles are inimical to the principles of the Church of Ireland.
