We rewrt on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 January 2024. which are set out on pages 8 to 17.

The trustees. who are also the directors of Drive 105 FM Communty Radio Ltd for the purpose5 of company law,
are res￿nsIble for the preparation of the aeeounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act
2006.
Having satisfied ourselves that the charity is not subject to audit under company law. and is eligible for
independent examinalion, rt is our responsibilrty to..
examine the accounls under section 65 of the Charrtses Act
(li) follow the procedures la￿￿ down in the general diredions given by the Chanty Commission for Northem
Ireland under section 65(9){b> of the Charit￿$ Act
(iii) state whether particuEar matters have o)me to our attention.
Basis of independent examinees report
We have examined your charity accounts as required under sectton 65 of the Charlties Act and my examination
was carried out in accordance with the general Directions gNen by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland
under section 65{9)(b) of the Charits"es Act. The examination induded a review of the accountiNJ records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounls presented with those records. It also included consideration of any
unusual ilems or disdosures in the accounts. and seeking explanth'ons from you as charity truslees Con￿rning
any such mattèrs.
Our role is to stste whether any material matters have come to our attention grving ¢ause to believe:
1. That accounting records were r￿1 kept in a(￿x)rd8n￿ with sectKJn 386 of the Companies Ad 2CH)6
2. That the accounts do not accord wtlh those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not compty with the aC￿Untiftg requirements of section ￿ of the Companies Act 20C

preparing their accounts in accordan￿ vath the Financaal Reporting Stsndard appIl￿ble in the UK and Republic
