**Purposes:** The Company is established for exclusively for charitable purpose namely for the advancement of education and the relief of poverty in relation to children and young people in Northern Ireland who have experience of being in and on the edge of care or being looked after by voluntary or statutory bodies and Trusts and other such public organisations (which experience is referred to in this Memorandum and Articles of Association as that of 'care') with a view to ensuring that the general welfare and interests of such children and young people are advanced.
