As the charitys trustees. you are respK)nsible for Ihe preparation of the
accounts in accordance with Ihe requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examinalion of the Trusys ac￿untS carried oul
under section 145 ofthe 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed 211 the ap ￿leable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Ad.
