**Purposes:** The group is established to advance education and to promote the preservation and protection of health for the benefit of women and their families in Forkhill and its environs in co Armagh ("the area of benefit") and in particular to provide facilities and programs of activity in the interests of social welfare for the education, recreation and leisure-time occupation of women and their families who be reason of social or economic circumstances have need of such facilities, so that their conditions of life may be improved.
