It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under section 65 ofthe Charities Act follow Ihe procedures laid down in tt7e general Directions given by the Commission under sectior$ 65{91(bl of the Charities Acl state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examinor's roport I have examined yovr charity accounls as requir8d und8r seclion 65 of Iho Charili8S Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under seclton 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounting ￿COrdS kept by the charity and a comparison of Ihe accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations trom you as charity trustees concerniTrg any such mattérs. My role is to stale whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause lo believe- 1. That accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ section 63 of the Charilies Act 2. That the accounts do nol accord with those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply with Ihe accounting requirements of the CharIt￿S Acl 4.
