(Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is our responsibilrty to:
examine the accounts under SeCt￿n 65 of Charilies Act
follow Ihe pr￿edureS laid down in the general Dire£tions given by the CommissK)n under section 65{9llb} of
the Charrties Act

Basis of independent examinerfs report
We have examined the charity ￿Ounts as required under $￿t￿nn 65 of the Charities Act and our examination was
carried out in ￿OrdanCe wrth the general DireclK)ns given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under
section 6519)Ibl of the Charrties Act.
Our examination included a review of the accourrting records kept by the charty and a comparison of Ihe accounts
presented with those records.11 also included conSKIerat￿n of any unusual items or disGlos*Jres in the a(Lounls, and
seeking explanalKsns from you as charity trustees concerniNJ any such matters.
Our role is lo state vthether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe..
