Oplnion
We have audited the financial slalements of Advice North West {Ihe 'ch3ritable company'l for the year ended 31 March
2024 which comprise the Slalemenl ol Financial Activities. the Balan￿ Sheet and notes to the financial slalemenls,
including significant accounting policies. The financial reporting framework that has been applied in their preparation is

have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting
Practice,. and
have been prepared in accordance with the requirements ol the Companies Act 2006.
Basis for oplnlon
We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing IUKI IISAS IUKII and applicable law. Our
responsibilities under those standards are further described in the auditor responsibilities for the audit of the financi81
slalemenls section of our report. We are independent ol the Charitable company in accordan￿ with the elhi¢al
requirements that are relevant lo our audit of the Iinancial slalemenls in the UK, including the FRC'S Ethical Standard. and
we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requirements. We believe that the audit
evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate lo provide a basis for our opinion.
Conclusions relating to golng concern
In audilino the financial slalemenls, we have concluded Ihal the Iruslees. use of the going concern basis of accounting in
the prepar81ion of the financial slalemenls is appiopriale.
Based on the work we have performed. we have not identified any material uncertainties relating lo events or conditions
that. individually or collectively, may cast significant doubl on the charitable company's ability lo continue as a going
concern for a period of al least ￿1ve months from when the financial slalemenls are aulhorised for issue.
Our responsibilities and the Tesponsibililies of the Iruslees with respect lo going concern are described in the relevant
sections of this report.
Other informatlon
The other information comprises the information included in the Iruslees, annual report. other than the financial slalemenls
and our auditor's report Ihereon. The Iruslees are responsible foi the other information. Our opinion on the financial
statements does not cover the other information and, except lo the exlenl olherwise explicitly slated in our report, we do not
express any form of assurance conclusion Ihereon. Our responsibility is lo read the other information and, in doing so,
consider whether the other information is materially inconsislenl with the financial slalements or our kno￿edge obtained in
th& course of the audit or otherwise appears lo be materially misslaled. If we idenlify such material inconsistencies or
apparent material misslalemenls, we are required lo determine whether this gives rise lo a material misslalemenl in the
rinancial statements Ihems&Sves. If. based on the work we have performed, we conclude that there is a material
misslalemenl of this other information. we are required lo report that fact.
We have nothing lo report in Ihis regard.
Oplnlons on other rnatters prescribed by the Companies Act 2006
In our opinion, based on the WOTk undertaken in the Course ol the audit..
the information given in the Iiusl&es' report prepared for the purposes of company law, for the financial

Independent Auditor's Report to the Members of Advlce North West
Matt&rs on whl¢h we are requlred to report by exception
In the light of the kno￿edge and understanding of the charitable company and ils environment obtained in the Course of
the audit, we have not identified material misslalemenis in the directors, report included within the Iruslees. report.
We have nothing lo report in respect of the following mallers in ielalion lo which the Companies Act 2006 requires us lo
report lo you if, in our opinion..
adequate accounting records have not been kepl. or returns adequate for our audit have not been
received from branches not visited by us., or
the financial slalemenls are not in agreement with the accounting records and reluTns.' or
certain disclosures of directors, remuneration specified by law are not made.. or
we have not received all the informalitsn and explanations we require lor our audit., or
the trustees were not enlilled to prepare the financial slalemenls in accordan￿ with the small
companitss regime and take advantage of the small ¢ompanies' e%emplions in preparing the
direclors, report and from the requiremenl lo prepare 8 strategic report
Responslbllities of directors
As explained more fully in the Iruslees, responsibilities slalemenl sel out on page 3, the trustees (who are also the directors
of the charitable company for the purposes ol company law) are responsible for the preparation ol the financial slalements
and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such internal control as the Iruslees determine is
necessary lo enable the preparation ol financial $18lemenls that are free from material misslalemenl, whether due lo fraud
or error.
In preparing the financial slalemenls, the Iruslees are responsible for assessing the charitable company's ability lo
continu& as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, mallers related lo going con￿rn and using the going concern basis
of accounting unless the Iruslees either intend to liquidate the charitable company or to cease operations. or have no
realisti¢ allernalive bul lo do so.
Auditor's responsibilltles for the audit of the flnancial statements
Our objectives are lo obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial slalemenls as a whole are free from
material misslalemenl, whether due lo fraud or error, and lo issue an auditor's report that includes our opinion. Reasonable
assurance is a high level of assurance. bul is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAS IUKI will
always delect a material misslatemenl when il exists. Misslatemenls can aiise from fraLtd or eiror and are considered
material il, individually or in the aggregate. they could reasonably be expected lo influence the economic decisions of users
taken on the basis of these financial slalemenls.
Irregularities, including fraud, are instances of non-compliance with 18ws and regulations. We design procedures in line
with our responsibilities. outlined above, to delecl material misslalemenls in respect tsf irregularities, including fraud.
Because of the inherent limilalions of an audit. there is a risk that we will not deled all irregularities, including those leading
lo a material misslalomenl in the financial slalemenls or non-¢ompliance with regulation. This risk increases the more that
compliance with a law or regu181ion is removed from the events and Ir8nsaclions reflected in the financial slalemenls. as
we will be l&ss likely lo become aware of instances of non-compliance. The risk is also greater regarding irregularities
occuriing due to fraud rather than error, as fraud involves intentional concealment, forgery, collusion, omission 01
misrepresenlalion.
As part of an audit in accordance with ISAS IUKI, we exercise professional judgment and maintain
professional s¢epticism throughout the audit. We also..
Identify and assess the risks of material misslalemenl of the financial slatemenls, whether due lo fraud or error, design
and perform audit procedures responsive lo those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is sufficient and appropriate to
provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not delecling a material misslalemenl resijlling from fraud is higher than for
one resultin9 from error, as fraud may involve collusion, forgery, intentional omissions. misrepresenlalions, or the
override of internal control.
Obtain an und&rslandin9 of inleinal ctsnlrol relevant to the audit in order to design audit procedures Ihal a
appropriate in the circumstances, bul not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the
charitable company's internal ¢onlrol.
Evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting
eslimales and related disclosures made by the direclors.
Conclude on the appropriateness of the Iruslees, use of the going concern basis of accounting and, based on the audit
evidence obl8ined. whether a material uncertainly exists related to events or condllions that may cast significant doubt
on the charitable companls ability lo continue as a going cOn￿rn. If we conclude that 8 malerial Un￿rtainlY exists.
we are required to draw attention in our audilorfs report to the related disclosures in the financial statements or. if such
disclosures are inadequate, lo modify our opinion. Our conclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up lo the
dale of our auditor's report. However, future events or ¢ondilions may cause the charitable comp8ny lo ￿ase lo
continue as a going ¢oncern.
Evaluate the overall presentation, structure and content of the linancial statements, includin9 the disclosures, and
whether the financial statements represent the underlying transactions and events in a manner that achieves fair
presentation lie. gives a true and fair view).
