GENE.RAL INFORMAI'ION Church Serviccs are conducknl every Sunday at Clough cxcept when the Church holds joint services with Ballee and Downpatrick Non-subscribing Churches. Nomial Sunday Services are held at I 1.1 Sam on the l and 3, Sunday of cach month and at 9.45am on Ihc 2 and 4 Sundays. Sunday School takes placcs duringi each nomial service after the 2 hymn and the Youth Bible studies group nornially meets after the 2. hymn during the I1.15am services. The joint services take place on the 5 Sunday of any month and every weck during July and August. Wilh each Church hosting the service in rotaiion. In 2022, a joint service w&$ also hcld on Christmas morning in CIou8h. Rev. Dr. David Stcers was Minisler in Charge of the Congregation from January - August 2022 with Rcv Rosalind Taggart commL'ncing &s Minister of our Congrcgation from September 2022 following a successful call to th¢ ChurL'h hcld in June 2022. Unfortunatcly Rcv. Ta88art's instsllation servi(x planned in Novcmber 2022 was postponcd but il is hopcd that it will be rescheduled again in 2023. SUMMARY or 2022 PIIFILIC F4ENIFrr Nornial services rcsumed in 2022 followin8 the disruption that COVID restrictions had made in Ihc preceding two years. Weekly services wcre the norni and during the months of July and August in conjunction with thc congregation.s in ljallee and Downpatrick. the Churches held a joint service each weck in rotalion. Sunday School took place during tern] time and a Bible Studies cl&%s stsrted in September 2022 for the oldcr youth wAthin thc congregation. Commumon was held in our Church on 22 May 2022 and 20 November 2022 and our Harvcst Thanksgiving service was held on 16 October 2022. The Sunday School led Children's Euster service in April, a Children's Day service in June and in December the Sunday School led the annual Carol Service. From spring 2022, the Church of Ireland in Seafordc, has used the Millennium Ilall on a regular basis lo run a weekly Parent and Toddler group. The Congregation also collected gifts for 'The Salvation Amiy Christm&s Appeat wbich was well supported by members. The congregation notes the p&ssing of one member of the Lxingregation in 2022. No baptisms or wedding& were held in thc ChUh in 2022. In carrying out these activities throughout the year the Trustces have had regard to the public benefit in progressing thc Church work to enrich the lives of Church members, their families, youth organisations. and the wider community.
