for the preparation of the accounts in aecordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.

Basis of independent exAminer's report
We have examined your charity acwunts as required under section 65 of the Chartties Act and my examination
was carried out in acconlance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ir¢land
nder section 65{9Xb) of the Charities ACL
The examination included a review of th¢ a¢¢ounting records kept by the charty and a compaTison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included Consideration of any unusual items or disclosur¢s in the accounty
and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
Our role is to state whether any material matters have ¢ome to my attention giving me cause to ￿lI¢Ve..
l. That accounting reo)rds were not kept in a￿OrdanCe with section 386 of the Companies Act 2006.
2. That the accounts do not accord with thos¢ a¢counting rccords.
3. That the ac￿untS do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of th¢ Companies Act 2006
and with the methods and principles of the Chariti¢s Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to Charities
preparing their accounts ID accordanc¢ with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Ireland.

We have completed our examination and have no concerns in respect of matters (l) to (4) listed above
and in connection with following Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have
found no matters that require drnwing to your attention.
