Respective rnsp0nsibilit￿s of charity trustees and eX￿iner As the chanty's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of Ihe accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: • examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act • follow the procedures laid do￿) in the general Direclions given by the Commission under section 65(9Xb) of the Charyties Act • stste vknether partiGular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent exwniner's report I have examined your charity accounts as rewired under section 65 of the Charities Act and my exammation was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Chaiity Commission for Northem Ireland under sethon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. My examination induded a review ofthe accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison ofthe accounts presented ￿ those records. It also included consideration of any unusual iteffts or disdosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters. My role is to stste thether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: 1 . That accounting recorts were not kept in accordance wth section 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accord those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not compty the accounting requirements of the Charities 4.
