11. FIXED ASSETS
The congregation owns the church premises Sltu8ted at Churchill Roèd, Larne. At the last renewal date the
church and conten15 had an insurance value of £2,272,274 and Ihe chui¢h hall and contents had an insurance
value of £1,866.481. The congregation also owns the manse situated at 22 Bru5tin Brae Road, Larne and thi5
property had an insurance value of £553.374 at the last renewal date.
