examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down In the general directions glven by the Commlsslon undersectlon 6519llbl of
the Charities Art
to state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basis of Independent examlner's report:
I have examlned your charlty accounts as required under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act and my examlnation was
carried out In accordance with the general dirertions glven by the Charity Commlssion for Northern Ireland under
sectlon 6519llbl of the Charities Act.
My examlnatSon included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also Included consideration of any unusual Items or dlsdosu￿s in the
accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees con¢eming any such matter5.
My role Is to State whether any materlal matter5 have come to my attention givlng me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charftles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the Charities Act.
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
