As the charity s trustees you are ￿sponSible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Charities Aci (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It Is my responsibilty to=
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the prcte(lures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Commission under section 65(9)(bl of the Charities Act
stste whether particular matters have corne to my attention.

I have examined you,, charily accounts as required under section 65 of the CharTties
Ad and my examination was carried Out in accordance with the general Directions
given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65{91(b) of Ihe
Charities Act
My examinabon Included a review of the accounb.ng records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts preserrted with those rewrds. H also induded
con5Trderation of any unusual iiems or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking
explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My ro￿ is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention gNing me
cause to believe:
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with secbon 63 of the
charit￿ Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wtth those accountsry records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities
Act
4. That there is further infonnkn.on r￿ded for a proper understanding of Ihe
accounts to be reached

I have complete(I my examination and have no concerns in respert of the matters (1)
to (4) listed above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charlty
