Charity Commission. If you do not wish to use this form please ensure that the headings in this

All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to

A summary of the Charity's main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the
main achievements in the year
A total of sixteen girls took part in the unit in the period from 01.01.20- 31.12.20.
The girls took part in a thinking day church service on 23, February 2020.
Activities stopped on 11 March 2020 due to Covid and no activities took place after this date.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission's Public Benefit requirement

A review of the Charity's financial position at the end of the year
Starting balance of £339.94
Income over the year was £593.00 made up of £153.00 of subscriptions and £440.00 in census
fees.
Expenditure over the year was £753.81. This was up of £720.00 in census fees, £18.57 of craft
equipment and £15.24 in banking fees.
The closing balance as 31 December 2020 was £179.13.
