As the trustees of the Cathedral you 8re responsible for Ihe preparation of Ihe financial statements in
accordance with the requirements of Ihe Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Basis of independent examiner's report
We have examined your charily accounts as required under section 65 of the Charilies Act and our
examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions gÉven ty the Charily Commission for
Northern Ireland under secllon 65(9){b) Df the Charities Act.
Our examination inclLFded a review of the accounting records kepl by Ihe charity an a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. 11 also included consideration of any unusual iterns or disclosures in
the accounts and seeking explanations from you as charity truslees concerning any such mallers.
We have completed our examlnation. We confirni that no rnatters have come to our attention in connection with
