no malerlal unc8rtalnties exisl. The trustees have considered the level of funds held and the
expected level of income and expenditure for 12 months from authorising these financlal
slatements. The budgeted income and expenditure is sufficient with the level of reserves for the
charity to be able lo continue as a going concern.

Transfers
Monies are occasionally transferred from restrlcted funds to unrestricted funds. The main exception
Is grants awarded under the charlty's (IEF) granl programmes directly relatlng to schools engaging
with the proc8ss towards integration. This year a lolal of £108,866 was transferred from restricted
Northern Ireland Office (NIO) funds to reimburse IEF for monies already spent on those grants
awarded.
Wlthin IEF grant programme8, fund transfers rnaIn￿ occur when a programme finishes and there
afe funds remaining. Tnjst 8 had an unsp8nt balance of £17,641 in 2023124 of whlch £13,342 was
transferred to Integration in Action,. £3,250 was transferred to General Funds as per the agreement
wlth funder5 of the Trust Programmes that 5Yo per annum Is to be used for IEF management costs
and £1,249 was carried over to 2024125 for a grant commitment to a school under Ihe prevlous
Trusi Programme.
The transfer of £1 $5,328 refers to the fund movements above throughout the grant funds of Early
Interventlon, Inlegratlon Works Impact of Growth, Integrallon through Sport, InlagratSon In Action
ar#J the Sthool Unlform Programme.
The transfer of £32,428 includes funding to grant programmes Includlng Impact of Growth and
