The advancement of community development in Northern Ireland (the “area of benefit”) and in particular the promotion of the community and voluntary sector for the benefit by providing services, training, support, information, facilities and amenities to community and voluntary groups and encouraging and assisting such groups and organisations to co-operate to achieve their aims.
