Independent Examiners Report to the Trustees of 8ovevagh Parish Church I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 December 2022, which are set out on pages 8 to 12. Respertive responsibilities of trustees and examiner A5 the charitvs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the 3ccounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charitie5 Act follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charlty Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65191 of the charities Art state whether particular rnatters have come to my attention Basis of independent examinerfs report I have exarnined your charty accounts as required under sertion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the General Dirertions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under sertion 6SI91 Ibl of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included a consideration of any unusual items or disclosure5 in the accounts and seeking explanation5 from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
