The Rainbows meet on a mo￿aY night lor the very junior member of the Par15h on a Wednesday night the Brownies, Scouts and the Guides tneel in Ihe Church Hall. All these organisalions are open lo all members ol Ihe cornrnunity. For Ihose of teenage years there L8 Youth Fello￿shIp where activities and fellowship lo meet the needs of teenagers are calered lor. The Youth Fdlcmship group for Ihose Young People aged 11-14 rneels weekly on Sunday Eveniry at 7pm Sonior membets ol the ¢ommunity Oll the last Tuesday in Ihe mnth there ts a lirne ol Idbwship. Lunch and worship lor the more senior members ol the community Outrea¢h Activities The Church opened a Charity Shop and Outreach centre In November 2015 in Glendermott. lo reach out lo the k)cal cornrnunity, The Charity shop sells donated goods as well as providing lea. coffee. and light me81s. The Charity shop now has volunteers from Ihe local community and originally rt aimed lo open loriusl 3 day5 week. due lo demand this has now stretched lo 6 days a week. The Shop has a prayer room and a Children's 81￿e Club runs in Ihe community during the summer. The Charity shop in 2021 eslablished a Men'g Shed and Polytunnel lo grow vegetables Al Chri51rnas there is 8 comrnunity Crib service and all funds raised are re￿nVested in community Outreach aclivilies. The size ol the Charity Shop premises in Glendemott Valley Business Park have been increased lo 3 units in order lo meet demand and lo provide addilional services lo the cornmunity such as a Craft Class, Slay and Play and Messy Church as well as l.T. Courses and Money *Jvice.

Religious Services There are services each Sunday, Wednesday Evening and on other special days throughout the year such as Easter and Christmas time. In additional monthly a service of Holy Communion is conducted as well as the laying on of hands. Those who are Housebound can have communion services in their own home and each Sunday the service is video recorded for distribution via the website to those who cannot get to the service. There is a parish Welcoming team which operales on a rola basis and who welcome Parishioners to Church each week. The Women's, fellowship meets on the 1 st, Tuesday of the month and the Ladies Guild meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Governing Document and Constitution of the Charity Chapler111 of the Constitution of the Church of Ireland governs Parishes and Parochial Organisations. The Select Vestry members are the Charity Trustees. Recruitment and Appointment of Select Vestry (Trustees) All members of the Church of I￿land who are over the age of18 and are either resident within the Parish or live elsewhere but have been accustomed members of the congregation for at least three months, may register as members of the General Vestry of the Parish, allowing them to attend and vote at meetings of the General Vestry and to stand for election lo the Select Vestry. Meetings of the General Vestry are held at least once a year. The Select Vestry is elecled as part of this General Vestry meeling. The Select Vestry will hold their positions for a period of one year. Select Vestry members may be reelected annually and there is no limit on the number of terms which may be served. Going Concern The Select Vestry have reviewed the Accounts for the year which have been independently examined and are satisfied Ihat there are adequate funds in place to ensure that the Parish can continue its, activities and the financial slatements for the year ended 31 December 2024 can be signed off as a going con￿rn. Financial review The organisation returned a net incoming of resources for Ihe year of £21,095 {2023 £24,151). At 31st December 2024 the total funds of the charity amounted to £408,492 (2023 - £387,397) comprising unrestricted income funds of £384,112 (2023 - £325,332},Designated Funds of £Nil (2023,£60,000) and restricted Funds of £24,380 (2023- £2,065)

RESERVES POLICY Introduction The Charity is keenly aware of the need to secuTe rts viability beyond the immediate lulure. In order lo be able lo provide services over the longer leryn, the Charity musl be able lo absorb setbacks and lo tske advantage of change and opportunity. The Charity wll provide for this by putting aside, when they can afford it, some of their current income in a Business Investment Account as a reserve against future uncertainties. Definition of ReseThes For the purpose of this policy the lern)'reserves" is applied lo that part ol the Charity's income that is fieely available for its general purposes. Reserves are the resources the Charity has or can make available lo spend for any or all ol its purposes once it has met ils commitments and covered ils other planned expenditure. The definition exdudes unspent money from restricted giants i.e, where a donor has specified what the money mu51 be Spent on and the Charity does not have the power lo spend the money on an￿hIng else. Why hold ReseTres? The Charity aims lo have no less than 3 months of the average monthly expenditure as reserves lo deal vth loss ol funding The Charity ReseNes are reviewed on an annual basis and amended to reflect the financial climate. Unreslricled funds may be earmarked for a particular purpose from time lo lime and may be designated a5 a separate fund, for example, funds could be Designated lor a specific area that the Charity is seeking lo build resources for. Corporatlon Tax The charity is exempl from lax on Income and 9ains falling within se¢tion 505 01 the Taxes Act 1988 or section 252 of Ihe Taxatson of Chargeable Gains Act 199210 the exlenl that these are applied lo ils charitable objects. Recruitment and Appointment of the Select Vestry The charty trustees for the purposes of charity law and under the company's Arbcles are known as members of the Select Vestry. The Conslilulion does not sel out a term ol office and therefore al the Annual General Meeting the members of the Select Vestry step down bul are eligible lor nomination again along with any new members also nominated al that lime. Principal Funding Sources The Organisalion is dependent on secunng donations in Order to deliver ils services.
