Religious Services There are seryices each Sunday, Wednesday Evening and on other special days throughout the year such as Easier and Christmas time. In additional monthly a service of Holy Communion is conducted as well as the laying on of hands. Those who are Housebound an have communion services in their own home and each Sunday the SerVe is video Tecorded for distrib1.on via the website to those who canrnt get to the service. There is a parish Welcoming team which operales on a rota basis and who welcome Parishioners to Church each week. The Women's, fellowship meets on the 1st, Tuesday of the month and the Ladies Guild meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Governing Document and Constitution of the Charity Chapter 111 of the Constitution of the Church of Ireland govems Parishes and Parochial Organisations. The Select Vestry members are the Charity Trustees. Recruitment and Appolntment of Select Vestry (Trustees) All members of the Church of Ireland are over the age of18 and are either resident within the Parish or live elsewhere but have been accustomed members of the congregation for at least three months, may register as members of the General Vestry of the Parish, allowing them to attend and vote at meetings of the General Vestry and to stand for oleclion to the Select Vestry. Meetings of the General Vestry are held at least once a year. The Select Vestry is elected as part of this General Vestry meeting. The Select Vestry will hold their positions for a period of one year. Select Vesty members may be re*lected annually and there is no limit on the number of tems which may be served, Going Concern The Select Vestry have reviewed the Accounls for the year which have been independently examined and are satisfied that there are adequate funds in place to ensure that the Parish can continue ils, activities and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 can be signed off as a going c()ncern. Flnancial review The organisab'on retumed a net incoming of resources for the year of (£24,151 } (2022 £-2,477}. At 31st December 2023 the total funds of the charity amounted to £387,397 {2022 - £363,246) comprising unrestncted income funds of £325,332 {2022 - £363,246),Designated Funds of £60,000 (2022,Nil) and restricted Funds of £2,065 {2022 - £Nil)
