Basis of llldepeDdent Examlner's report I have examined yow Charity accounts as required Und￿ secti(M 65 of the Charities Act and my ¢xamination w&$ Carri￿ out in a¢￿d￿ with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9) (b) of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of th¢ accounts pr¢sen*d with those ￿￿rds. It also included a consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the 8¢¢ounts and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matter5 have come to my attention 8iving rn¢ caus¢ to believe: l) That vxounting r￿ordS wer¢ not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act. 2) That the accounts do not a￿Ord with those accountin8 I￿ordS. 3) That the accounts do not compty with the aLwunting requirements of the Charities Act. 4) That there is further information needed for a proper under&anding of the ac￿Unts to be reached.
