2.7 Flnanclal Instruments
The Company only ha$ firtanclal assets and financlal Ilabdities of a kind that qu81fy as bast¢ financlal
instrumenis. Basic financlal instruments are initially recognised at transaction value and Subsequently
measured at their Settlement value with the exception of bank loans which are subseqtsently
measured at amortlsed cost using the effective Interest method.
2.8 Penslons
Th8 Ccmpany operates a defined contribution pension scheme and thè p8nslon charyde represents
the amounts payable by the Company to the fund in resp8Ct of the year.
