The Trustees of Claragh Bridge Vintage Club Limited present their rep￿ and the financial
stalements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and th8 Trustees vtho $8Ned during
the year are sel out on Page 1.
The Truste8s have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by CharTrties.'
Statement of Recommended practi￿ applicable to chartties preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Financlal Reporting Standard appl'cable in the UK and Republic of
Ireland(FRS102).
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The objectives of the Company is to organise a cross-community vintage, classl¢ and
agricultural show and community show and community festival together with county
markets, muslcal entertainrnent, competitions, safety demonstrations, trade stands, craft
stalls, community and voluntary stands, hekl in a neutral venue to promote better cross-
communrty relations.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The Annual Flnanaal Statements are attached on pages 6 and 7 In Ihls Report and the
Trustees are pleasèd wllh the results for thls financial year and with amounts that were
available for distribution to varlous organlsations during the year.
STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Governlng document
The CharSty is controlled by its governlng document, a deed of trust, and constitutes
Ilmlted company, limlled by guarantee. as defined by the Companies Act 2008.

TRUSTEES RESPONSIBILfi STATEMENT
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, report and the financial
slat&ments in accordan￿ wllh applicable law and the United Kingdom Accounting
Stsndards (United Kingdom Generalty Accepted Accounling Practice).
Charlties legislation requlres the Trustees to prepare financial statements for e8ch
financial year. Under Charities legislation the Trustees must not approve the financial
statements unless they are satisfied they give a true and fair vlew of the state of affalrs of
the charity and of the incoming resources including the receipts and payments, of the
charity for that year. In preparing th&se financial ststements, the Trustees are requlred to..
- select suitable accounting policles and then apply Ihem consistently,
-observe the methods and principles In the Charfties SORP.
-make ludgrnenls and accountlng estlmates that a￿ reasonable and prudenL'
-slate whether applicable UK accounting standards have been followed. subJecl to any
material departures dlsclo$ed and explained in the financial statements.
-prepare the financial statements on the going concern basls unless it Is inappropriate to
presume that the charttable company will continue In operation.
The Trustees are responsible for keeplng adequate a¢￿Unting records that are sufflcient
to show and explain the charity's Iransaclions and dlsclose with ￿asOnable accuracy at
any tlme the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensu￿ th8t the flnanclal
Statemènts comply wllh the charllles18gislation.
They are also responsib18 for safeguardlng the assets of the charity and hence for tsking
reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other Irregularities.

You have acknowledged on the balance sheet as at 31 De¢ember 2023 your duty to ensure that the
company has kept proper accounling records and to prepare accounts that gwe a tru8 and falr view
under the Companies Act 2006. You consider that the company is exempt from Ihe ststutory
requirement for an audlt for the year.
Respeetive responslbilitles of charlty trustees
and examiner
As the charity trustees (and also the directors of the Company for the purposes of company law) you
are responslble for the preparation of the accounts In accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006. Having satisfied myself that the charity is not Subject to audll under Company
law, and 18 eliglble for independent examinatlon. It is my responsiblbty to:
1. Examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act
2. Follow the procedures lald do￿ in fhe general Directlons glven by the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland under section 65{9)(b) of the Charities ACL
3. State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent examiners report
I have examined your charlty accounts as required under secllon 65 of the Charities Ad and my
examinallon was carried out in accordance with the general Dlrèctions given by the Charity
Commlssion for Northem Ireland under seclion 6S(9}(b) of the Chartlles Act. The examinatlon
included a revSèw of the accounllng r6cords kept by the Charlty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also incltsded consideration of any unusual Items or disclosures in the
accounts, anij seeking explanations from you as charity trustees con￿rning any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention givlng me cause to
believe..
1. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance wllh 8ectlon 386 of the Compani88 Act
2006.
2. That the acLounts do not accord wlth those accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not compty with the accountlng requirements of sectlon 396 of the
Companies Act 2006 and wtth Ihe methods and principles of the Charitles Statement of
Recommended Pradlce applicable to charities preparing their accounts in 8¢cordancg wlth the
Financial Reportlng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of I￿land.

The members have not required the charitable company to obtaln an audlt of its financlal
stslements for the year ended 31 December 2023 in accordance with Sectlon 476 of the
Companles Act 2006.
