The trustees of the registered charity, Cairde Bhunscoil Bheanna Boirche are pleased to submit their annual report for the period of 1[st] December 2022 to 30[th] November 2023. 

## **Financial Review** 

Our income for year ending November 30[th] 2023 has doubled as covid restrictions have gradually eased. We believe this can be improved with fresh ideas from our new intake of volunteers.

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

Cairde Bhunscoil Bheanna Boirche is a charity and is governed by a constitution adopted December 13[th] 2013. The group is run entirely by parent volunteers who meet at least once a term to manage the group. Trustees or members of the Management Committee are adopted solely on the basis of a vote at the group’s AGM as outlined in Cairde Bhunscoil Bheanna Boirche’s constitution.
