**Purposes:** The charity's objects are specifically restricted to the following:  (1) To promote all or any purposes for the benefit of the population of the European Community (hereinafter called "the area of benefit") which now are or may hereafter be deemed by law to be charitable and in particular to provide or make arrangements for the provision of education and training on any matter or discipline for individuals with special needs or disabilities and in connection therewith to provide educational and training facilities and techniques to develop, promote and educate such individuals and to provide for the delivery and holding of lectures, classes, exhibitions, public meetings and conferences calculated directly or indirectly to advance the cause of education and training of such individuals, whether general, professional or technical and to provide facilities for recreation and other leisure occupation for such individuals in the interests of their social welfare.
