**Purposes:** The purposes of See Belfast Ltd are:  a)	To advance the ocular health of homeless or otherwise financially disadvantaged people in the Greater Belfast area who are unwilling or unable to access mainstream services, by providing high quality eyecare in an accessible setting in which they feel comfortable, and   b)	To relieve poverty amongst homeless or otherwise financially disadvantaged people in the Greater Belfast area, by providing eyecare and spectacles free at the point of use.
