**Purposes:** The charity's objects are specifically restricted to the following: Promoting the benefit of the inhabitants of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (the 'area of benefit') without distinction of sex, race, ethnicity or political, religious or other opinions by advancing education particularly but not exclusively by: 1. the provision of training in visual media, providing skills required to produce and present creative and educational works, including processing and printing, location work, visual media editing and exhibition planning: and 2. the provision computing and information technology training, including flexible and comprehensive training packages which could lead to certification; and 3. the provision of specialised training courses for education providers in the areas of special educational needs and advanced computing skills required for new and advancing computerised technologies.
