**Purposes:** The Centre is established to promote the benefit and development of children and young people aged 8-25 years in the Obins Street area and its environs in Portadown (hereafter called the "area of benefit") and to educate and assist such children and young people through their leisure time activities so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow and develop to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
