As the charity's trustees you are responsiblc for thc preparats'on of the accounts in
accordance with the Chariiies Act (Northem Ireland} 2008.
It is my responsibilty to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the proce(lures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinevs report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities
Act and my oxaminab'on was carried out in accordance with the general Directions
given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9){b) ol the
Charities Act.
My examination induded a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and
comparison of the account5 prescnted with thase records. It also included
on5ideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts, and seeking
cxplanations from you ds charity trusiees COn￿rning any such mattor5.
My role is to state whcthcr any material matter5 have come to my attention giving me
cause to believe:
1. That accounting ￿CordS were rK•t kept in accordance with scction 63 of the
Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accou nting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accA)unting requirements of the Charities
4. That there is further informati¢)n needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination and have no concems in respect of the matters {1)
to (4) listed above and. in conncction with following the Directions of the Charity
Commission for Northem Ireland, I have found no matters that rcquire drawing to
your attcntion.
