Respective responsibilities of eharity trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Chaiiti'es Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibilty to.
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charrt￿S Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions gFven by the
Comrnission under seth'on 65(9)(b) of the Char[t￿S Act

Basis of independerrt examiner's report
I have examined your charty accounts as required under section 65 of Ihe CharTties
Ad and my examination was carried out in accordan￿ wrth the general Directions
gtven by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under sects.on 65{9)(b} of the
Chanbes Act.
My examination included a revw of the accounting records kept by the charty and
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seeking
explanats.ons from you as charity trustees ￿nCernIng any suth matter5.
