A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
2[nd] Bangor Brownies is a group of girls aged between 7 years old and 10 years old who meet 33 weeks of the year on Tuesday evening from 6.45pm – 8.00pm. During the year September 2024– June 2025 there were 24 Brownies in regular attendance.
The Unit held an activity day at Girlguiding Lorne Estate at the beginning of September 2024. The unit took part in games, craft activities for Christmas, Christmas Adventure at Lorne, The Pantomime in the Waterfront Hall. The girls visited the local War Memorial to chat about Remembrance Day, arranged St Patricks Day activities and did Valentine’s Day and craft for Mother’s Day. The girls completed badges throughout the year and we held Badge celebration evenings when the girls shared their, imagination, kitchen creation, performing, charity, and charity badges. We had a Onsie Walk in October and took part in and Easter Egg hunt and made pancakes on Shrove Tuesday.
We ended the year with Harry Potter themed Brownie Holiday in May 2025 and a games night at Lorne at the end of May 2025.

A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
The unit started on 1 September 2024 with Cash and bank balance of £337.39, enabling the unit to open.
The group has no assets.
