A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
2[nd] Bangor Brownies is a group of girls aged between 7 years old and 10 years old who meet 33 weeks of the year on Tuesday evening from 6.45pm – 8.00pm. During the year September 2023– June 2024 there were 25 Brownies in regular attendance.
The Unit had a get to know day at Girlguiding Lorne Estate at the beginning of September 2024 and the first meeting was 17 September 2024. The unit took part in games, craft activities for Christmas, Valentines Day, St Patricks Day and Mother’s Day. The girls completed badge work throughout the year and gained, painting, baking performing, charity, and wellness badges. We had a Onsie Walk in October and went to the Pantomime in the Waterfront Hall December 2023. We visited the RNLI station in March 2024.
We held a Promise Night, Badge Celebration nights, made Pancakes on Shrove Tuesday had an Easter Egg Hunt and ended the year with A Brownie Holiday in May and a games night at Lorne at the end of May 2024.

A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year
The unit started on 1September 2023 with Cash and bank balance of £867.11, enabling the unit to open.
The group has no assets.
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit
