BBQ, along with a'"ViJJlage Car" rally foT the comniunity.
During the summtT, mindful that the Olympics were beintr held in P3ris this year, we held a ¢hildren'5 holiday bible ¢lub
ralled"Run the Race- and then we took w i]] a communityday in Maghera Wailed Garden byseuing up a BBQ stand.
As we kn¢ked off the new church year in Septemb¢r. we did so with a"24-Hour Prdyer" ¢venL which inMt¢d members of the
Patish and community lo bring all theiicares- SPlTi¢ual, emotional. and practical, to God. for IheTnselves, tb¢ParislJ, and
the ￿MMunity- All were welcome and St L4]rach's Church retnained open throughout the night 10 be accessible to ￿erytsne
in Maghen and beyond.

education called th¢"Blttsing of the Bags" We invited them to brin- their s¢hool bags or briefcases and duriDg the s•vic

Harvestwas cel¢brared with a"Big Brtaldast" and special HaTvesl servic£s tn both cliurches in octo￿r. And &$ wt moved
into November and the theme of 'R¢membrdnce', we he]d a special senryce for'Baby Los5 Aw8ren¢ss Week., and
traditional Services on Retntmbrance SuDday for the Parish as well as hosting ODe for tht Royal British t£gion (Upperlands
Brdn¢h).
Cbildrenl ministrycontinued aftd increased throughout the year. From the Parish* Sunday School group rest2fting, 10
special evtnts held for primary4ge childTen such as a'Festival of Light" 10 e4)incide with All Hallows Eve. Additsonally, we
hosted a cliildr¢n's Christmas p3rryathd EnjosEd a chilthn's NatiWtyPlay.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008.

examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedure laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to rny attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and rny examination w&8
carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a cornparlson of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included consideration of aDy unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and
seckiTh(y explanations from you as chaTity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to stale whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe:
