Respertlve Responslbllltles of Trustees and Examlner The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with Sectlon 64131 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. The Charitv's Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 65121 of the Charities Act (Northern Irelandl 2008 (the Charitie5 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responslbility to.. examine the accounts under sectSon 65 of the Charitles Act INorthern Ireland) 2008,. to follow the procedure5 laid down in the general dSrection5 given by the Charity Commisslon for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charltles Act,. and to state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.
