As the chariCes trustees you are responsible for the preparaCon off the accounts in accordance with the ChariCes Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my Responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under secCon 65 of the ChariCes Act

Follow the procedures laid down in the general direcCons given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under secCon 65 (9)(b) of the ChariCes Act

State whether parCcular maRers have come to my aRenCon
Basis of examiners statement
I have examined your charity accounts as required under secCon 65 of the chariCes Act and my examinaCon was carried out in accordance with the general direcCons given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under secCon 65 (9)(b) of the chariCes act. The examinaCon included a review of the accounCng records kept by the charity and comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideraCon of any unusual items or disclosers in the account, and seeking explanaCons from you as charity trustees concerning any such maRers.
My role is to state whether any material maRers have come to my aRenCon giving me cause to believe:

(1) The accounCng records not kept in accordance with secCon 63 of the chariCes act.

(2) That the accounts do not accord with those accounCng records.

(3) The accounts do not comply with the accounCng requirements of the chariCes act.

(4) That there is further informaCon needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
Independent examiners qualified statement
In respect of maRers (1), (2), (3), and (4) listed above, and in following the direcCons of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no maRers that require drawing to your aRenCon.
