examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
to follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charitv
Commission under section 65191 Ibl of the Charities Act
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of Independent Examiner's Statement
Murray Watt has examined your charity accounts as required under section 65
of the Charities Act and an examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions
given by the Charity Commission Nl under section 65191 Ibl of the Charities Act.
The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It 3150 included consideration of
any unLJsual item5 or di5cIosures in the accounts, and seeking explanation5 from you as
charity trustees concerning any such matters.
Murray Watt's role is to state whether any material matters have come to his attention giving cause
to believe..
